We were a little bit worried about having so much ceramic shipped, but the boxes were expertly packed. Everything arrived in perfect condition. All of the items are cute, colorful, and interesting. We'll definitely be reordering/ordering more!

The articles offered by Urban Tokyo have met my expectations, with a reasonable quality-price ratio, but unfortunately, due to very high shipping costs and additional import costs, which account for 90%, it is currently difficult to offer them for sale at the right price.
