A delivery deadline not met and I was missing an item which required follow-up to receive it. 5 stars for the product but not for the service. Order placed on 12/02/23, delivery scheduled for 12/19 or 12/22/23, finally delivered on 01/07/24 (after the holidays) with a follow-up and a forgotten item. Received the missing item on 01/30/24 after follow-ups as well.
