Excellent quality and excellent shipping and response time. They gave us the option of waiting on anything back ordered or canceling those items and a majority has always been in stock and ready. Everything is packed with care. Great experience!

I received a large bowl and it was packed in a small box within a huge box so it was just rattling around and it was smashed to pieces when I opened it. I asked for a replacement which they did replace but I had the same issue. Packed tightly in a box within a larger box that had no packaging paper and it was also broken. I don’t want to deal with any more of this it’s a waste of paper, boxes, material and time. If it were packaged right in the first place I wouldn’t be having this issue.
