Warming spices of nutmeg, cardamom, and cinnamon over Certified Elephant-Friendly Assam black tea. INGREDIENTS (All Organic and Direct-Trade): Elephant-Friendly Assam black tea, cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, black peppercorn. RECIPE: For traditional chai latte: Add 2 rounded Tbl's (16g) to 12 oz. of 200° - 212° water (just off the boil). Steep 6 minutes. Add 4 oz. steamed/heated milk. Strain. Add 2 T. honey, or add sweetener of choice to taste. Makes two 8-oz servings
