What is Forbidden Frosting?  A creamy whipped soap!  Take just a little bit and rub onto your hands or face before adding water to get things bubbling.  Forbidden Frosting goes on very creamy and then bubbles up really nicely.  You don't need a lot so we recommend using this on hands and face (though it is safe for use on the body). Ingredients: Distilled water, Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate (SCI), emulsifying wax, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Vegetable Glycerin, fragrance, Propylene Glycol (and) Diazolidinyl Urea (and) Iodopropynyl Butylcarbamate (preservative). The fragrances used are all phthalate-free.
