SEMISWEET, UNROASTED CHOCOLATE Our 60% Semisweet Ground Couverture is a pleasantly sweet chocolate made from transparently traded, unroasted cacao from Semuliki Forest, Uganda & Kokoa Kamili, Tanzania. Raaka skips the roasting step, so our chocolate is bright, bold, and fruity -- never burnt. Taste notes of cherry, almond, and molasses. CACAO ORIGIN: Semuliki Forest, Uganda & Kokoa Kamili, Tanzania Note: This product is NOT intended for retail sale. This is bulk ground chocolate couverture for use in baking, cooking, and cafe applications (mochas/hot chocolates). Easily meltable, up to 1/8 inch pieces. Great for baking cookies, cakes, brownies, mochas, and hot chocolates. Packaged in bulk in a single vacuum sealed 10lb bag. Price is $12.89/lb

On top of the fact that Raaka chocolate is 10/10 on flavor, quality, sustainability, and ethical production, the Raaka staff are incredibly personable and kind. I’m so proud and happy to use them as my primary chocolate supplier for my bakery!!
