This order you ordered 50 hats, and filed claims claiming damage on all 50. Faire rejected it, as press marks are inevitable and will always come on any item. We used the same process on those 50 hats as we did the other 10 that you were extremely happy with. This order of 50 was done in less than 2 weeks, customized to your county (same as your previous order), yet you attempted to get reimbursed your $700.00 and keep all the product. Faire rejected this as it was a fraudulent claim on your behalf. We feel the product was the same quality as the previous orders as all of the hats sent out of our shop have a slight pressing line to them, and have received nothing but fantastic feedback on our hats.
