The delivery was short & the claim for shortages part on the app was not there. I contacted the company and they admitted there was no short but asked us to claim through faire which at this point we couldn't. The company had said to ask for extra products the next time we ordered. The error was not our fault but yet we've paid for products we didn't receive.
