DIMENSIONS: Height: With Lid: 5 1/4" Without Lid: 5 1/8" Opening Diameter: 2 3/4" SIZE: Lid: 70/450 TEMPERATURE: Withstands sudden 75° F temperature change. USAGE: While made of FDA compliant materials, it is recommended to clean before first use. Cannot guarantee compatibility with users canning process. It is important to test jars, lids and bands for compatibility. Before use, check pressure canner for steam leaks. Avoid: Tightening bands too tight. Filling jars too full. Not following correct pre-heating process. Raw packing starchy vegetables. Cooling the pressure canner with water or cool air. Using a jar with a mouth too large for the lid. SPECIFICATIONS: BPA Free
