The communication with FAIRE is quite efficient; especially on the invoice and the tracking, progress side of things. Downside is the level of breakage of the goods. And one way or the other Fedex appears to have issues in completing the order (there is always one order which is "on its way".) We observe that the "free" shipping comes at a significant price, hence, we will be required to be moving back to an alternative way of ordering and shipping.
