Our 100% pomegranate extract is made exclusively from fresh pomegranate juice. The pomegranates are carefully opened by hand, and the pulp along with the seeds is gently pressed into a sweet and sour juice. Unlike the gourmet version, the classic extract does not mature for many months in wooden barrels but is processed directly. This results in a clear, fruity taste with the typical balance of sweetness and acidity.
