Our email was marked delivered but we never received it. Because it was the holidays and we were busy, we missed the 2 week window to notify and get a refund from Faire. I reached out to Bee Kitchen multiple times on Faire asking for proof of delivery and their messages were delivered and read, but they never once responded. We are eating the cost and will not be placing any more orders, which is a bummer because we enjoyed the product.
