Bought a case of 6 of the vw van planters. All 6 had major chips or cracks in them. Ordered the free French kisses French bulldog and it was missing entirely from the order. They sent 2 of these Bee house tea light things instead. Single items seemed to be packaged much better than anything sold in a case. No response from the company on the complaints and I prefer to order from companies that provide correct orders the first time. I don’t have time to deal with careless mistakes.
