I love the products I get, but on a couple of occasions I’ve had big issues with UPS. They’ll hold your order and NOT contact you - then charge you warehouse fees. They will extort you for massive amounts of money that you were never told you’d be charged & fees that they don’t even explain- I had a $125 order once that was held for three weeks and then sent an $800 bill. I refuse to pay and they sent me to collections. To other sellers here- I’m looking into a class action fyi.

I don't generally write poor reviews on small businesses for obvious reasons, but I feel compelled to write this one. The product quality is downright terrible. I had to mark more than half my order damaged due to quality control issues. I spent over $100 in shipping (which is absolutely absurd for 1 small box.) The painted/glazed items look as if they were done by children. Every candle has chipping on its container. Things are stained. I can't sell the majority of it. So disappointed.
