Description
Trevijano's porcini are the best quality boletus harvested at their optimum moment and dehydrated to conserve all their properties and minerals without any additives. Dehydration is the oldest and most natural technique for preserving products. By removing the moisture, their "ageing" process stops, and they do not need any additives to maintain their flavour, aroma and properties for longer. With Trevijano dehydrated mushrooms you don't need anything more than water to have the flavour of these wild mushrooms always available in your pantry. You only have to rehydrate them for 15 minutes and, after draining them well, you can use them as fresh mushrooms in your stir-fries, sautéed dishes, croquettes and sauces.
