I’ve ordered three times and 2 times I had items missing from my order. The first time I alerted them and they said they would send the product and I never received it. This last time I was missing 3 items again. The response wasn’t super helpful so I had to ASK them to send it. They didn’t offer. Just make sure you watch your invoice closely.
