Description
Our flours are freshly milled, organic, chemical free and made from BC-sourced grains. Using a stone-grinding method, they are less processed than commercial flours, retaining more of the natural grain elements, and are therefore healthier and more flavorsome. The All Purpose flour is made from a soft white wheat and is great for a versatile range of baking, including cakes, breads, pastries, sauces etc.
