Description
Our flours are freshly milled, organic, chemical free and made from BC-sourced grains. Using a stone-grinding method, they are less processed than commercial flours, retaining more of the natural grain elements, and are therefore healthier and more flavorsome. Our sifted bread flour is made from organic Hard Red Spring Wheat and is a high-protein flour suitable for bread baking.
