Was a week past the schedule date and was not responding. After my last attempt at reaching out I told them I was cancelling my order and requested the cancellation. They refused the cancellation and assured me it was shipping that day, that the whole warehouse had been sick..(Look at reviews, same thing) It shipped 2 days later. Received it and the print wasn't even in the middle of the T-shirt and was lopsided. They told me they use a laser leveler, I send proof and no response!
