Mermaid KidDough Play Kit
I have been SO excited about our first order with this brand. When the order did not ship by the expected ship date, I reached out to the brand to see if I could switch some seasonal items out w/ other items. They read my message through Faire and did not respond. We got in the order this morning and I immediately noticed we were missing (3) mermaid sets and (3) puddle jars. I contacted the brand, they read my message again with no response. The items are great, but customer service is lacking.
