PREPARATION TIPS: 🇦🇷 Argentine style (with a filter straw) 1. Fill a cup or mug with 30 cl. 2. Add 1 tablespoon of mate. 3. Pour hot water (max 80°). 4. Place your filter straw and let it steep for 8 minutes or more. Enjoy, then re-steep the same dose several times! 🇫🇷 French style (like an infusion) With a teapot/tea filter/infuser mug... 1. For 30 cl of water, add 1 tablespoon of mate. 2. Pour hot water (max 80°), let it steep for at least 8 minutes. Serve, enjoy, then re-steep up to 2 to 3 times! Mate is economical! Why? Each of our infusions contains about twenty doses that can be re-steeped 2 to 3 times thanks to the large-cut plants we use! Once your mate is finished, add water (max 85°) and enjoy a good infusion once more. 95% of the active ingredients are released in the first infusion, by re-steeping, your infusion will still have taste! Our recipes are validated by Aurélia, our naturopath partner. Each infusion can be re-steeped up to 3 times!
