PEANUT BUTTER CUP CHOCOLATE Bar
We are return clients. We placed our holiday order the first week of Nov and it was still listed as "processing" in Dec. I messaged them directly, no response. Few days later, emailed their wholesale email for help. 24hrs later, I get a Faire notification that our order had been canceled. No response from them to either the email or DM I had sent. Had issues with delay on past orders (didnt respond then either), but never been canceled on. Product is good, but not worth ZERO customer service.

We've ordered from Compartes several times now & although our customers love it, we've had disappointing experiences working with them. We placed a big order at the start of Nov (soon after the release of holiday chocolate bars) & received no updates on our order for a month+ despite sending several messages asking for one. Now, we just received an order cancellation w/ a note that only said "out of stock, please order earlier." We were counting on these for the holiday season. Disappointing.
