I ordered this lovely flocked tree. The size I ordered was supposed to be 5’. As shown in the pictures I have included it is very apparent that this tree is 4’ tall. I reached out to the company and they responded quickly. I was hopeful that this would be reconciled without issue especially after they reviewed the pictures. Instead, the company has responded informing me that this is a 5’ tree! The photo showing 4’ is taking from the longest branch at the very top and holding it straight up.
