I ordered 4 sets of the 3 Gun Decanter Sets. All but one set came broken. I contacted Mark and he promptly responded to me and replaced ALLL broken items; and they arrived promptly. I've ordered from Wine Savant many times. This item did not come with a product box (which will make resale a bit harder) and when the 2 I ordered arrived both had broken decanters. The box was poorly packed and was not labeled as fragile or glass. Updated - got replacement fast
