I love LA Salt Co. You can talk to them on the phone and they are excited about what they do! A fantastic in house formulations crew and their own hands on care! The salt of the Earth over here! We buy pallets at times from them as well for our Float Spa. Always the excellent.

My review is being written on behalf of my customer service experience. It took a little while to receive my order and half was missing because it was damaged in shipping. All though we were off to a rocky start, I understood the struggle of shipping a big order of heavy salts from CA to NC! LA Salt quickly made things right and the final order was well packed and I appreciated that they went above & beyond to make things right! I am so happy to carry their product in my shop!
