Products are great, they sell well, so I'm backed into a corner. It was better when we could order directly and ask for specific sample packs. There is no way of 'adding a note'. It feels totally impersonal and beige. I'm not happy that despite a £1000 spend, I would still have to pay for shipping, unless forced into becoming a member.. at a huge premium. I will be unsubscribing to avoid paying the monthly fee. Really unimpressed. I would rather not use Faire to order the products.
