I love selling these crackers and even though I pay for the free shipping, this is not included which makes my cost about $5.50 a bag and I sell for $8.95 and 2 locations I sell I pay them 10% commission so I barely make $2.00 profit. But love the Krackers. Just wish it was in the free shipping program

I placed and order for Krackers just after January first with the ship date being January 4th. However, the package never arrived and so I contacted Terry, the owner, by phone. It seems the box had been sent to another business. It finally arrived at my shop, and I was not pleased with the way many of the Krackers were broken. Now here is the GREAT part! When I told Terry that I was not satisfied with my purchase, he immediately offered to send new merchandise! Great Customer Service!
