After being notified that my order had shipped then receiving a separate notification that it had shipped again 3 days later. I waited an additional three days before sending a email. It was answered within 48hrs, the response was that there was a problem with my order but it had been straightened out, no other reasons given. After another 5 days I received the package. Products were safley packed and merchandise is of good quality. Excellent price.
