I was really impressed with the Kobe Style Sausage! The flavor is outstanding – rich, smoky, and perfectly balanced with Hungarian spices. I appreciate that it’s pork-free and crafted in a halal/kosher style, which makes it a great option for sharing with family and friends. The texture is firm yet tender, and it’s super convenient that it’s shelf-stable. I tried it on its own as a snack and also added slices to a charcuterie board – both ways were a hit! Customers really love it! Best Seller!
