Tropical Starfruit - Herbal Tisane, Bulk, 1lb

Starfruit, native to Southeast Asia, is grown today in tropical climates around the globe. The fruit has a tart and slightly sour taste with flavor notes of citrus, pear, apple and grape. Like the fruit, this herbal tisane has a bright, full fruity flavor that is slightly sweet and a little tangy. The ruby red cup is reminiscent of light pear with grape notes. Brew tea at 212º - steep for 5 minutes. Starfruit Herbal Iced "Tea" [serves 8] Tropical Starfruit Herbal Tea Iced Tea Ingredients: 4 tsp Tropical Starfruit Tisane 4 cups water 2 cups mango juice Seltzer or sparkling wine Directions: Boil water and pour over the Tropical Starfruit. Steep for 10 minutes, then strain. Combine steeped tea in a pitcher with juice. Pour over ice in glasses and add seltzer or sparkling wine (approximately 1/4 - 1/3 cup). *Tea is BULK packed.
