There was a time when lard lived in every kitchen. It made the flakiest pastries, the crispiest roasties, and sometimes it was simply spread on toast - warm, rich and deeply satisfying. Somewhere along the way, it slipped out of fashion. We are here to welcome it home. Our lard is slowly rendered from the fat of our native breed pigs, with nothing added and nothing wasted. It is our way of honouring the whole animal and making food with real care. It brings a beautiful depth to everything - from slow cooked confit and rillettes to a tray of golden roast potatoes. Simple, honest, full of flavour.
