A multicultivar blend, with the unique fragrance of the Itria Valley, the heart of Puglia. Producing an exceptional Extra Virgin Olive Oil is an art. Thus, to bottle our multicultivar, we have created a collection of bottles with symbols that have appeared for centuries on our beloved Trulli. Mystical and religious, or profane, each tells its own story. - Host with rays: Very similar to a sun, it is among the Christian symbols and represents Jesus and his sacrifice for humanity. - Tree cross: It is among the pagan symbols and represents the union of three worlds: the Celestial world, the Earthly world, and the Underworld. The olfactory profile is pleasantly fruity, with hints of bitter almond combined with only slightly spicy tones.
