Description
It has become a New Orleans tradition for many local roasters to blend their coffee with chicory, the root of a blue-flowered perennial plant. The strong local connection with chicory dates back to the Civil War at a time when Louisianans had to get creative as a Union naval blockade cut off the port of New Orleans from the rest of the world. Some went to great lengths to stretch out the limited supply of coffee. 8 oz glass jar.

You can tell that they put a lot of care and attention into every single product. Although we ordered a large volume of one specific product, there was a beautiful attention to detail. These obviously took time to put together, and the customers who received the coffee scrubs have already said how excited they are.
