Herbs de Provence is a well-known blend of southern herbs. However, the Label Rouge guarantees a perfect balance of flavors as well as a high content of essential oils. The calibration is also quite precise so as not to have too fine particles or coarser elements. The mixture used consists of a balance of savory, rosemary, oregano and thyme. OURO crackers with brewery grains and Provencal herbs are therefore delicately fragrant and deliciously balanced! They go perfectly with hummus or fish rillettes. Keep away from heat and humidity.
