It's been known to convert many non-honey eaters into honey lovers! This honey is known for it's delightfully unique taste and its slightly purple color. Its high pollen index makes this a great honey for the Georgia/North Carolina allergy sufferer. The sourwood tree blooms throughout June and July in the North Carolina/Georgia Mountains. Every honey harvest will vary from year to year.
