Happiness is homemade chicken soup! Once upon a time, I was famous for my homemade soup. Through the covid times I would make 50 gallons a week of the culinary version of a hug in a bowl. It paid my bills and nourished my body and soul.  So what makes one chicken noodle soup better than another? Well flavor of course! Though simple, this seasoning is a powerhouse of taste. The secret ingredient is without a doubt the touch of curry powder. This makes the soup warm without being spicy. I dare you to not smile after a spoonful of soup made with it!
