A classic lavender scent kissed with soft notes of vanilla. Top notes are of ozone combined with middle notes of lavender, rose and hints of violet. The quality of service from this brand has significantly dropped, order upon order. As mentioned in various other reviews from disgruntled customers, the lack of response to your enquiry is quite concerning. Brand constantly over promise and under delivery (and never learn from it). The team repeatily say they will do something (or respond) and rarely do. Only through multiple interactions do you finally get a response with little substance or urgency. Again, your concerns go around in circles.
