Timely delivery, and accurate items, however, not the quality I expected. The pots I paid $11 for, I'm sure my customers won't even want to pay $11 for the sloppy paint job on the design. I would return it, but it's not worth it b/c of the 20% restock fee and having to pay return shipping. The pots with simpler design, those were OK. All pots requiring any kind of painting within the lines (see photos) were so sloppy. The quality of the glaze was inconsistent and full of streaks too.

Packing this time around was loose, two cache pots were cracked. Missing a set of two pairs of earrings, and another set of two wasn’t what I ordered, but they worked with what I had. Things happen.

Love the products and its always fulfilled quickly but I would order more if the packaging wasn’t so overwhelming. I order from other wholesalers and you guys really go overboard with it. Otherwise, excellent.
