Our number 2 pickled product. The carrots are amazing, a milder and our version of the spicy carrots you get in western Mexico and Southern California. They are crunchy, and have a heat level that is just below a jalapeno. Great as a snack, laid in a taco, or to garnish a bloody mary. Monday is carrot day, we sell oodles of them.
