We love the journals and so do all our customers. Our only issue was the shipping speed the tracking information was incomplete and vague and unfortunately we only received our accurate tracking location and information after we took steps to involve Faire support. the product itself is lovely and we have no complaints, but improvements could be made with communication to buyers and more appropriate shipping/ tracking information.
