We were very excited to find a wholesaler for our custom salon merchandise. Our first order was good, except for a handful of sweatshirts that arrived with vinyl peeling off. We were fine to simply exchange for undamaged replacements. However, it took months to receive a response from the vendor, and by then, we were outside of our return window. Excuses I received along the way “Sorry, we went viral on tik tok”. “Sorry, we had a family emergency”. Extremely Disappointing customer service.
