I initially was not very happy about this order due to shipping. I hadn't realized I, (CANADA) needed a permit for a few products so the entire box got sent back to USA. :( There was no wait time or grace period, it was sent back that very day. This upset me dearly as I was looking forward to these. Seller willingly replaced the order but permit was delayed so shipped without said products. Arrived today. Far superior to what I could have imagined. Excellently crafted products and very pure!

I've had quite the experience with shipping :( Being in Canada on the East Coast. I ordered these Dec/Jan & just received the package. The delay in shipping; problems with permits & border, prompted me to respond in haste to the seller who was very willing to adapt. I spent so many hours back & forth driving to FEDEX, calling CBSA, CIFA & FEDEX. HOURS. Today when I opened the box my heart melted. All the smells are so pure. Products are beautifully crafted, with a lot of love gone into them.
