Lovely fruity red wine, 100% Merlot from the Pigeonnier plot on a silico-gravelly terroir. The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, kept cold for a few hours, then carefully vinified in vats to preserve the purity of the fruit, without any added sulfites. The nose reveals aromas of fresh and crunchy red fruits, cherry, strawberry. It can be enjoyed from today as an aperitif, served slightly chilled around 15°C, accompanied by a plate of charcuterie, cheeses, grilled vegetables, or exotic cuisine.
