Took a very long time to recieve my order. Well past the dates I was given by the company. Their customer service number is not a working number. I tried to cancel my order after a couples weeks of not hearing from them then immediately after they changed it to processing so I couldnt cancel. When ordering the dong quai and high john roots the pictures imply that you would recieve multiple roots however I only recieved one huge root of each which is cool but also renders it useless for my needs
