My order came in faster than I thought & was well packaged - each type of item was either boxed or bagged separately so that nothing arrived damaged. The only thing that was a bit of an inconvenience was that I placed an order for several types of incense and incense holders, but it was cancelled from my order by the seller. When I asked why, I was told they were backordered. Just wish it wasn't advertised as available if they actually weren't. Otherwise, I am very satisfied & will order again!
