10 Years in business I have never had this happen. The only reason they get a 1 star is I did receive the grapefruit professionally intact in a box. I never received the brown sugar or vanilla scrubs. The Red velvet had 2 empty boxes and all of them had Nordstrom stickers on the bottom of the boxes.
