I was sent candles instead of the diffusers that I had ordered. I reached out to them several times and they read the messages and never responded. Very frustrating as I was very excited to use these for our new business. So keep in mind that if you get sent a wrong or damaged item you’re going to be stuck with it. As far as the product, the candles I received were very nice.
