I received a shipment of Himalayan salt cooking tiles and while the salt was intact and beautiful, the blocks did not fit into the enclosed metal tray. I supplied photos and Umaid was quick to reach out to resolve the issue. They have since redesigned the tray that holds the salt slab and it is perfect. Thank you for listening Moses.
