I received a broken incense burner, it was in the middle of the box with an unbroken one and the box was not damaged. Essentially they just sent me a broken one. When I reported it and requested a replacement they refused to replace it since it doesn't meet their minimum requirement for orders. They are refusing to make it right so I will not be ordering from this seller again because of the horrible customer service.
