We have picked this sheepskin for it's most versatile natural off white color. All of them have random natural small black spots ranging in size & placement. Our sheepskins come from sheep born & bred in Icelandic open nature - one of the cleanest places in the world. These sheep are descendant from the original stock brought to the island by vikings. Soft and silky super long wool is one of the unique qualities these skins offer compared to other breeds. Our sheepskins are produced as a by-product of meat production and no sheep are killed specifically for the skins. It's easy to care for and loved by humans & pets. Natural lanolin (wool wax) repels dirt, helps regulate body temperature and makes them antibacterial. Sheepskins keep you cool during the summer and warm in wintertime, because of the breathing properties of wool.
